Welcome to Vila Klif! We are happy that you have chosen our accommodation. Below are important instructions for your arrival:
1. ACCESS TO VILA KLIF AND RAMP PAYMENT
On the way to Vila Klif, you will need to cross the ramp at Jezerci (the mountain pass before Krvavec). A one-time entry and exit fee of 10 EUR is required. You can make the payment directly at the ramp via the payment machine. Both cash and card payments are available.
2. IMPORTANT INFORMATION
Shops and restaurants: Only restaurants are open during the day at Resort Krvavec. The first shop is in Cerklje, a 25-minute drive from the accommodation.
Crossing the ramp: The first time you pay €10 for a single entry and exit to Resort Krvavec. A card for unlimited entry and exit awaits you at the accommodation. When leaving, leave the card at the accommodation, and use the ticket you received when you first passed through the ramp to exit.
Check-in: After 15:00, contactless. You will receive the door code upon arrival.
Check-out: By 10:00, contactless.
The exterior of the house is equipped with video surveillance. You can turn it off at the interior staircase, but we kindly ask you to turn it back on before departure.
3. HOUSE RULES
Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the house.
Pets are not allowed.
Ski boots are not allowed inside the house.
Tap water is drinkable.
Wi-Fi is available: Username: Vila Klif, password Klif1234.
The house is equipped with cooking utensils (including salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, sugar, coffee), bed linens, towels, toilet paper, bin bags and cleaning supplies.
In the summer, please secure the ropes on the driveway to prevent cows and calves from visiting.
The "Klifko" facility is designated for storing sports equipment (ski boots, skis, bicycles, sledges, etc.). You will find the key for Klifko at the main building by the entrance.
4. CLEANING
Ensure that the dishes are washed or placed in the dishwasher.
Take the trash out of the house to the designated bins near the "Klifko" facility.
If you used the oven, please make sure it is cleaned.
Please clean the outside grill if you used it.
- Video surveillance: Please turn on the video surveillance beforu you leave.
Hang the keys and gate card in the designated place and close the door behind you, do not forget to close the sliding door to the terrace
In the summer, please secure the ropes on the driveway to prevent cows and calves from visiting.
